how to plan baby boy & girl

I know many of the women have gone through a lot just wanting to get pregnant with their choice of baby gender. Some prefer going through troublesome treatments and some of them prefer natural methods. So I am from those who want to use natural methods to avoid any kind of complications. So I was wanting to know how to plan baby boy & girl and started following it. It was quite an extraordinary moment of my life indeed.
